CMQ Database

After you purchase a CMQ membership, you will use the functions available in this section to manage your job analysis database.

For those with a current CMQ membership, after you logon a number of additional tabs will appear in the menu bar above to allow you to perform database functions.

The database functions you can perform in this section include:

• Defining the that will be analyzed, and matching them with the corresponding SOC occupational cluster.

• Defining the people who will provide ratings, and who hold the rated positions within each job.

• Scheduling the CMQ rating sessions you will use to collect the job analysis ratings.

• Determining which CMQ profiles will be used to define each job.

• Downloading your CMQ data file for supplemental processing offline.
